The Institute of Cancer Research

A project to produce over 100 technical 2D and 3D scientific and medical graphics and illustrations for The Institute of Cancer Research e-learning study resource.

Conveying complex concepts while ensuring scientific accuracy and maintaining a standard and style that was clear and in keeping with the rest of the website was essential. It involved research into subjects covering ten modules such as 'Structural biology', 'Cell signalling' and 'An approach to therapies'.

Close and regular communication with the team at ICR were key to the progression of each subject from concept to completion.

This project was particularly challenging and exciting as it required me to gain a deeper knowledge of the subject and further development of some of my skills and techniques in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Cinema 4D.
